Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on 11 December 2001:

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule be declared to be a recreation reserve.”

Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Far North District
882 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 44534. All certificate of title 1554/32.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tauranga District Council at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, with any net proceeds of sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1.0780 hectares, more or less, being Lot 11, D.P. S. 27672. All certificate of title 20615.

Declaring Conservation Areas to be Reserve, Classifying the Reserve, and Appointment of the Napier City Council to Control and Manage the Reserve

Under the Conservation Act 1987 and the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares the conservation areas described in the Schedule to be a reserve under the Reserves Act 1977, to have the classification as a local purpose (estuarine buffer) reserve, and appoints the Napier City Council to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (estuarine buffer) purposes.
