for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Road Realignment—Rotowaro Road, Pukemiro, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 50 (1), that the lands described
in the First Schedule to this notice are set apart for road and
shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), that the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for road
and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 50 (1), that the lands described in
the Third Schedule to this notice are acquired for the
purposes of a road and shall vest in the Waikato District
Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(d) Pursuant to section 116 (1), the portion of road
described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(e) Pursuant to sections 119 (1) and (2), the portions of
land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be
acquired for severance.
