A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for waste water treatment purposes and to be vested in Watercare Services Limited on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

1.8299 hectares, being part Lot 9, Deposited Plan 16117 and comprised in certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 1195.

Road Realignment—Waiotu Block Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this
