In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982

Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that at the sitting of the High Court at Wellington on 8 July 2002 and 9 July 2002, before the Honourable Justice Ellis, the Honourable Justice Gendall and Honourable Justice Wild, on appeal against the decision of the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal dated 5 November 2001, it was adjudged on 29 July 2002 that the name of Michael Richard Dexter Guest be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.
