Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Section 104DD of the Property Law Act 1952

Take notice that on the 2nd day of October 2002, McVeagh Kennedy Solicitors Nominee Company Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. B. 832633.4 (Wellington Registry), upon the property situated at the corner of Durham and Salisbury Streets, Levin, being all the land contained in certificate of title 51B/990 (Wellington Registry), entered into possession of the mortgaged property.
