Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trusts Boards

Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following charitable trusts ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

• The Taupiri Methodist and Presbyterian Church Mission Hall Society 210939 (19 October 1995).
• Trade Aid Rotorua Trust 603042 (11 March 1996).
• Waitomo Christian Fellowship Trust Board 211100 (19 October 1995).

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
