Airworthiness Directives
Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation,
I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Team Leader–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

This AD shall come into force on 25 September 2002.
DCA/CESS175/1 DCA/CESS175/2 DCA/CESS175/3
These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 26 September 2002.
Airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Revocation of Designation of an Aerodrome as a Security Designated Aerodrome
Pursuant to section 82 (2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
I, Paul Swain, Minister of Transport, hereby revoke the designation of
Rotorua Regional Airport
as a security designated aerodrome, which designation was notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 December 2001, No. 168, page 4116.

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 2002/11:
Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways in Transit New Zealand Regions 3 and 4
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962,
Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows.
Amendment

This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

In the Second Schedule:
(i) Insert clause 10 (j):
At Turangi, from a point 50 metres north of Gosling Drive extending in a generally southerly direction, then a distance to a point 150 metres south of Pihanga Road (Route Position 656/6.99 to Route Position 656/8.90); a distance of 1.91 kilometres.
(ii) After clause 14 insert:
The section of State Highway No. 25 at Coromandel from a point 250 metres south of McQuoid Road extending in a generally northerly direction, then a generally easterly direction to a point 200 metres east of the intersection with Tiki Road (Route Position 72/9.69 to Route Position 84/0.20); a distance of 2.09 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
