2002, as from that date;
(ii) to agencies that commenced on or after
14 February 2002, as from the date of their
commencement.
(3) Paragraphs 2 (b) to 2 (e) inclusive of this notice:
(i) shall not apply to agencies that commenced prior
to 14 February 2002; but
(ii) shall apply to agencies that commence on or
after 14 February 2002, as from the date of their
commencement.

The Broadcasting Standards Authority, under section
21 (1) (g) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, has approved a
revised Free-to-Air Television Code of Broadcasting
Practice.
The revised code is available free of cost from the authority
at its office at 54-56 Cambridge Terrace (P.O. Box 9213),
Wellington.

Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation
Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990,
notification is hereby given of a summary of exemptions, set
out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil
Aviation.

On: 21 December 2001.
To: Air Freight (NZ) Limited.
From the Requirement in: Civil Aviation Rule 121.379 that
each of its turbine powered aeroplanes is equipped with
a GPWS if that aircraft has a MCTOW in excess of
15,000kg; or a certificated seating capacity, excluding
any pilot seat, of 30 seats or more; or is operating under
IFR after 1 January 2000.
Only With Respect to: Named Convair CV580 aircraft for
periods as specified.
Notice of the grant, withdrawal or denial of exemptions
with provisos is published in the Civil Aviation Rules
Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL).
For the proviso, refer to issue dated 7 February 2002.

Exemption files may also be viewed on prior request to
the Registrar at the office of the Civil Aviation Authority,
