Explanatory note
This note is not part of the programme but is intended to
explain its general effect.
This pilot programme provides for earnings supplement
payments and additional work start grants to be made for
a limited time to former beneficiaries who enter into
employment as a planter, pruner or thinner of trees in the
forestry industry in the East Coast region.

Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 325 of the Companies Act 1993

In the matter of section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, and
in the matter of Teletech Consumer Electronics Limited:

Take notice that I, Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the
Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act
1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty
the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the
Queen in the monies payable under invoices rendered to
the Internet Group Limited (which trades as iHug), after
1 August 2000, that have the G.S.T. No. 49-084-811, being
property formerly held by Teletech Consumer Electronics
Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register
on 8 January 2001, under section 317 of the Companies Act
1993, and formerly having its registered office at Auckland.

And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not
come to my notice until 17 August 2001.

The following notice is given pursuant to section 37 of the
Public Trust Office Act 1957 and sections 29 and 41 of the
State Sector Act 1988.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited
    as the Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in the
    Common Fund) Notice 14 February 2002 and shall take
    effect from and including 14 February 2002.

  2. Interest rates on investment agencies—The rate of
    interest that may be paid by the Public Trustee on moneys
    invested by the Public Trustee as agent of any principal in
    the common fund of the Public Trust Office (referred to in
    this notice as “agencies”) pursuant to section 37 of the
    Public Trust Office Act 1957 shall, for the following terms
    and inclusive dollar ranges, be:

Term and (where applicable) Dollar Range % interest rate p.a.
(a) At call 3.10
(b) For a fixed term of 3 months:
(i) For the range $5,000 to $9,999 4.45
(ii) For the range $10,000 to $49,999 4.50
(iii) For the range $50,000 to $249,999 4.55
(iv) For the range above $249,999 4.65
