Pursuant to Regulation 10 (3) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 June 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Whiti Fletcher in respect of Ta Kauhanga Te Kohanga Reo (18870), situated at Peria, Kaitaia, Northland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
