Road Realignment—State Highway No. 29,
Tauranga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland,
Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in the Tauranga District Council on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and:
(i) The land firstly described in the Second Schedule
shall, pursuant to section 120 (3), be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title SA54A/45, subject
to memorandum of mortgage B. 615416.6.
(ii) The land secondly described in the Second Schedule
shall be declared local purpose (esplanade) reserve
and shall vest in the Tauranga District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(iii) The land thirdly described in the Second Schedule
shall be declared to be part Bed of the Kopurereua
Stream and shall vest in the Crown on the date
of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.
