Land Declared Limited Access Road and Land Set Apart for Segregation Strip—State Highway No. 1, Rangiriri, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart as segregation strip;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Recreation Reserve, and Road to be Stopped—Dipton Bridge, Southland District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Southland District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be acquired for recreation reserve and vested in the Southland District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule being taken under section 119, and:

(i) The lands firstly to tenthly described to be amalgamated with certificate of title SL6A/1213, subject to all existing encumbrances.

(ii) The land eleventhly described be declared to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and to form part of the bed of the Oreti River.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The land firstly and thirdly described to be amalgamated with certificate of title SL6A/1213, subject to all existing encumbrances.

(ii) The land secondly, fourthly and fifthly described to be recreation reserve and vested in the Southland District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

(iii) The land sixthly described to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and to form part of the Bed of the Oreti River.

(iv) The land seventhly described be amalgamated with certificate of title SL39/231, subject to all existing encumbrances.
