Appointments to the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 4 (3) of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, I appoint

as a member of the Physiotherapy Board for a term of office commencing on the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette and expiring on 3 July 2005; and appoint

Cheryl Keals-Smith – section 4 (3) (b) (ii)
