Building Service Contractors’ of New Zealand Incorporated
The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 9 (3) (a) of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 19 November 2001, it cancelled the recognition of the Building Service Contractors’ of New Zealand Incorporated as the industry training organisation for the dry cleaning and laundry industries with effect from 19 November 2001.

Apparel and Textile Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 19 November 2001, the Apparel and Textile Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was approved an extension of its existing coverage to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the dry cleaning and laundry industries with effect from 19 November 2001.

The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 15 October 2001, the Master Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers New Zealand Incorporated was approved an extension of its existing coverage to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the metal roofing and cladding manufacturing industry with effect from 15 October 2001.

Special Needs Grants Amendment (No. 4) 2001
Pursuant to section 124 (1) (d) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Social Services and Employment establishes and approves the following amendment to the Special Needs Grants Programme (as established and approved on 18 December 1998).

Amendment
- Title—(1) This is the Special Needs Grants Amendment (No. 4) 2001.
(2) In this amendment, the Special Needs Grants Programme is called “the programme”.

Commencement—This amendment comes into effect on 31 December 2001.

Renewals of existing driver licences—Clause 17A of the programme is amended by revoking clause 17A 1.2, and substituting the following clause:
“17A 1.2 The amount of any grant made under clause 17A 1.1 must not exceed–
(a) for an applicant under the age of 75, $44.30:
(b) for an applicant aged 75 or over and not more than 79, $18.30:
(c) for an applicant aged 80 or over, $59.30.”
- New driver licences
4.1 Clause 17A 2.4 of the programme is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) the expression “$63.50” and substituting the expression “$79.00”:
(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) the expression “$74.50” and substituting the expression “$88.20”:
(c) by omitting from paragraph (c) the expression “$105.00” and substituting the expression “$115.10”.
Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the amendment, but is intended to explain its general effect.
This amendment to the Special Needs Grants Programme increases the maximum amounts of grants for applying for a driver licence or renewing an existing driver licence to take account of changes to driver licensing fees. The amendment also brings the age groups in the programme into consistency with those in the Land Transport (Driver Licensing and Driver Testing Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001.

Recoverable Assistance Amendment (No. 2) 2001
Pursuant to section 124 (1) (d) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Social Services and Employment establishes and approves the following amendment to the Recoverable Assistance Programme (as established and approved on 17 June 1996).
