Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 8 of the Act, that on the 14th day of December 2001, the trustees of the Bayne Family Trust appointed Steven William Startup, chartered accountant of Blenheim, as receiver and manager of the property of Marlborough Storage Company Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 6th day of March 2000 given by that company, and subject to an assignment by way of subrogation dated the 12th day of July 2001.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
