McCullagh, chartered accountant, whose office is at Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, Level Fourteen, The Shortland Centre, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of these companies under the powers contained in three separate Deeds of Debenture each dated the 16th day of November 2000.
