Land Acquired for Road—East Mine Road, Huntly, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waikato District Council, excepting all minerals contained in certificates of title 51/131, 1298/46 and 1298/47, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waikato District Council, excepting all minerals contained in certificate of title 1298/46 and part certificate of title 26B/948, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Buckland Road, Matamata Piako District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Matamata Piako District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and to the amalgamation of areas marked:

(i) “a”, “b”, “e” and “f” with C.T. 752/331, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 594639.1.

(ii) “c”, “d” and “g” with C.T. 44A/616 and 69B/535 subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 914103.
