Industry Training Act 1992
Aviation, Tourism and Travel Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, affords recognition to the Aviation, Tourism and Travel Training Organisation Incorporated to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the aviation, tourism and travel industry sectors effective from 19 March 2001.

Plastics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 19 March 2001, the Plastics Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was approved an extension of their existing coverage to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for Glass Manufacturing covering: glass production, glass processing and glass engineering for glass blowing and bottle manufacturing industries with effect from 19th March 2001.

The Board of Skill New Zealand – Pūkenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, hereby gives notice that on Monday, 19 March 2001, the New Zealand Industry Training Organisation Incorporated was approved an extension of their existing coverage to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the meat processing (excluding poultry) and fellmongery industries.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice 2001.

The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

This notice revokes and is in substitution for that part of the Traffic (Western Bay of Plenty District) Notice No. 1, 1991* that relates to Tanners Point.

Tanners Point Road, from its north-eastern terminating end to a point 400 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Baigent Place.
