Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve and is vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Corrigendum—Classification of Reserves

In the notice dated 23 November 2000 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 November 2000, page 4149, in the North Auckland Land District—Waitakere City, Second Schedule to the document, the words

“1066 square metres, more or less, being Section 2, S.O. 70227, part Section 31, Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, part certificate of title 11D/331.”

are deleted.

Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby classifies those parts of the reserves described in the First Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserves, that part of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and that part of the reserve described in the Third Schedule as a scenic reserve.
