Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With Authorisation of Exchange of Land Held for Conservation Purposes for Other Land

Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the First Schedule is held for conservation purposes and, under section 16A (1) of the Conservation Act, authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule to be held for the purposes of conservation.

8495 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 197775. Part certificate of title 43B/330. Limited. Subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

2995 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 197775. Part certificate of title 43B/330. Limited. Subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Stopped Road Vested and Amalgamated—Rodney District

Pursuant to sections 117 (3) (a) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby vested in the adjoining owner on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette and further declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 115D/98.
