Notice of Claim
This notice is given pursuant to section 89 (1) (c) of the Public Trust Office Act 1957.
To all creditors and claimants of Syscon Services Limited (a company that ceased trading in March 1999 and was deregistered in February 2000):
The sum of $1177.76 has been paid to the Public Trustee to hold in the name of the deregistered company.

A claim has been lodged by Richard Boyles and Michael Boyles, the former shareholders of the company.
The Public Trustee is proposing to pay the amount of the claim (less associated costs) to the claimants, subject to any notice of claim being received on or prior to 13 September 2001.
Any person having any interest in priority to that of the claimants is to submit a claim to the Public Trust Central Service Centre, P.O. Box 31-543, Lower Hutt (Attention: Wayne Agent) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.

I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 16 March 2001, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Manukau Power Limited from the Register of Companies on 21 July 2000, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993), with rights as grantee under memorandum of transfer No. C. 548464.22, North Auckland Land Registry, which transfer created an electricity easement in gross over:
(a) the part marked “A” on Deposited Plan 187303 registered against certificate of title 117B/801, North Auckland Land Registry; and
(b) the land herein marked “O” on Deposited Plan 206460 registered against certificate of title 134C/760, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of a summary of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation.

To: Mount Cook Airline Limited.
From the requirement in: Civil Aviation Rule 91.511 (a) (1) that each powered aircraft with an airworthiness certificate operated under VFR by night shall have a means of indicating rate of turn and slip.
Only with respect to: Non-EFIS equipped BAe 146 aircraft, registrations ZK-NZG, ZK-NZH, ZK-NZI and ZK-NZJ.
The exemption will remain in effect unless withdrawn in writing by the Director.
Notice of the grant, withdrawal or denial of exemptions is also published in the Civil Aviation Rules Register Information Leaflet (CARRIL).
