Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 18 January 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga,
Ulfred Ian Clark, of 1295 Te Matai Road, Te Puke, was
convicted of the following offence – driving while
disqualified – and in addition to the sentence imposed on
him, the Court has ordered that a
Ford Falcon motor vehicle, registration No. MR 3918
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.

Permits Authorising the Taking of Toothfish
(Dissostichus eleginoides and Dissostichus mawsoni)
Within the Waters to Which the Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) Applies
Pursuant to section 5 of the Antarctic Marine Living
Resources Act 1981, the Minister of Fisheries gives the
following notice.
Notice
I have authorised the following companies to take toothfish
(Dissostichus eleginoides and Dissostichus mawsoni) within
the CCAMLR Statistical Sub-area 88.1, subject to certain
conditions as detailed in each individual permit:
- New Zealand Longline Limited (in respect of the vessel Janas);
- Sanford Limited (in respect of the vessel San Aotea II);
- Independent Fisheries Limited (in respect of the vessel Sonrisa).
Each permit is valid from date of issue until 31 August 2001.
Dated at Wellington this 12th day of January 2001.
