Revocation of Approval to Use Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. 1184 (W.NAE.06)

Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the date of this notice, the approval of New Zealand Aluminium Smelters Limited’s code of ethical conduct, which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of New Zealand Pastoral Agriculture Research Institute Limited.

Notice No. 1081 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on 22 January 1998 in Issue No. 4 at page 130 is hereby revoked.
