Redefining the Purposes of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purposes of the Māori reservation as set out in New Zealand Gazette, 13 October 1983, No. 167, page 3388, be redefined for the purpose of a marae site, recreation and sports ground and papakainga to be known as the Tomotuki Marae for the common use and benefit of all whanau and beneficiaries affiliated to the Ngati Parekaitini Hapu.
