Conservation Act 1987

Change of Name of the West Coast Conservation Board

Under section 6L (2) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation changes the name of the West Coast Conservation Board (originally published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 1990, page 3729) to West Coast Tai Poutini Conservation Board.

Education Lands Act 1949

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

1. The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.

2. This notice shall come into force on 19 July 2001.
