Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution of Stratford Budget Advisory Service Incorporated HN. 912210 on the 1st day of March 2001, the surplus moneys of the society, being $10,760.23, more or less, be paid to New Plymouth Budget Advisory Service Incorporated HN. 276503.
No appeal from this direction shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered within 1 month after the 9th day of July 2001, being the date of the said direction.
