Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2001 (No. 2)

  1. Title and Commencement—This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2001 (No. 2) and shall come into force on 2 August 2001. This notice has the status of a regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

  2. Fees—Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fee payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.

  3. Fees Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Approved Medical Schools and Universities Notice 2001

Pursuant to section 4 of the Medical Practitioners Act 1995, the Medical Council of New Zealand approves the following institutions as universities whose graduates in medicine will be entitled to apply for registration in the categories indicated.

This notice comes into force on and from 1 July 2001.

The Approved Medical Schools and Universities notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 June 1998, Issue No. 85, page 1962, is revoked.

The universities and the relevant primary medical qualifications are set out below, alphabetically by country.
