On 14 June 2001 at the District Court at Dunedin, an order
was made against Vicky Margaret Langstone to confiscate
the following motor vehicle:

Dalton Wikeepa, of 113A Ohauiti Road, Tauranga, was
convicted of the following offence – driving with excess
breath alcohol (subsequent offence) – and in addition to the
sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Honda Prelude motor vehicle, registration No. SB 418
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to
Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal
Justice Act 1985.
