Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of urupa for the descendants of Ngati Maniapoto, Rangatahi, Matakore and Toa Rangatira.

Part Reureu 2M Part block being delineated on the plan annexed to the partition order of the Māori Land Court dated 29 November 1905 and being:

Firstly—Reureu 2M Part, Block VII, Rangitoto Survey District, being the southeastern severance to the east of the North Island Main Trunk Railway (Area – 1.0117 hectares); and

Secondly—Reureu 2M Part, Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, being the northern severance to the eastern bank of the Rangitikei River (Area – 0.8093 hectares).
