(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms "bed", "lake"
and "river" have the same meanings assigned to them by
section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.
- Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act
1987, the land to which this notice applies will vest in
fee simple in Solid Energy Limited (a company duly
incorporated under the Companies Act 1993, having its
registered office in Christchurch, and being a State
enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the
State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986).

All that land being 660 square metres, and being Section
1 on S.O. Plan 10384.
