Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve—Pokuru

Road–St Leger Road, Te Awamutu, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waipa District Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waipa District Council on 17 April 2001:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waipa District Council hereby resolves that the parcel of land held by the said district council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be local purpose (road) reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”

1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Solid Energy Limited Vesting Notice 2001 (No. 1).

2. Application—(1) This notice applies to the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:

(a) the bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more;

(b) the bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more; and
