An area of Lake Taupo parallel to the beach running southward for 100 metres commencing at a point 150 metres south of the river mouth and extending between 50 and 100 metres offshore.

Motutere

An area of Lake Taupo running 300 metres eastwards parallel to the shore from Motutere Point and extending between 10 and 50 metres from the beach.

Motuoapa

An area of Lake Taupo 200 metres long running north-westward parallel to the shore from the marina entrance and extending between 100 and 300 metres from the beach.

Waikato River

An area of Lake Taupo from the northernmost port hand channel marker to a point 100 metres north of the Nukuhau ramp but excluding the actual navigable channel and a strip 20 metres wide from the western bank.

Cherry Bay

An area of Lake Taupo enclosed by the shoreline of Cherry Bay but excluding the area immediately adjacent to the small sandy beach.

Department of Labour, Employment Relations Serviceβ€”Employment Relations Education Leave: Approved Courses

Under section 72 (3) of the Employment Relations Act, the Minister of Labour has delegated the power to approve courses for Employment Relations Education Leave to the Employment Relations Education Advisory Committee.

The effect of this is that under section 73 of the Employment Relations Act, a union is entitled to allocate employment relations education leave to eligible employees, in accordance with sections 74 to 77 of the Act, to attend these courses.

The Employment Relations Education Advisory Committee has approved the following course:

Civil Aviation Act 1990

Notice of Granting of an Open Aviation Market Licence

Pursuant to section 87U (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, having received an application from TWA Airlines LLC, of St Louis, Missouri, United States of America, has granted that airline an Open Aviation Market Licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights, in accordance with the 18 June 1997 Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of the United States of America, for an indefinite term with immediate effect.

Notice of Renewal of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, has exercised his powers and renewed the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Polynesian Limited (trading as Polynesian Airlines) for a period of 5 years.
