Land Acquired in Connection with a Road—Bay View Footpath, Napier City
Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a road and vested in the Napier City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road and shall become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Schedule of this notice to be stopped.
(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the stopped road in the Schedule to be set apart as historic reserve and shall remain vested in the Crown.
