Land Acquired for Local Purpose Reserve (Water Retention)—145 St Martins Road, Christchurch

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,

R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (water retention), subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Appointment of the Paerau School Board of Trustees to Control and Manage a Recreation Reserve

Under Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, appoints the Paerau School Board of Trustees to control and manage the Paerau Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, for recreation purposes for a term of 10 years from 17 May 2001.
