Land Acquired for Road—Steele Road, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) The portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(b) The portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Waipa District Council.

(c) The portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 60A/846, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 451172.3.

(d) The portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 57C/877, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 323416.8.
