Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949, and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2001, No. 2.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, in relation only to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
