Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 10 May 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Michael William Ramsey, unemployed, of 105 Fourth Avenue, Tauranga, was convicted and fined $500.00 and $130.00 Court costs and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months and not to have any financial interest in a motor vehicle for 12 months from 10 May 2001 following his conviction on 10 May 2001 for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Community Magistrates H. J. White and A. A. Ngatai have ordered that an Audi motor vehicle, registration No. UI 8216 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Michael William Ramsey, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on 10 May 2001.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Joseph’s Catholic School, Morrinsville.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 10 May 2001.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Bridge and Grey Streets, Hamilton.

Merger of Raumanga School (1090) with Raumanga Primary School (1091) and Change of Class of Raumanga Primary School

Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Raumanga School (No. 1090) will merge with Raumanga Primary School (No. 1091) on 1 January 2002. Raumanga Primary School is the continuing school, and on the same date will cease to be a contributing school and become a primary school providing education from Year 1 to Year 8.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 22 December 2000.

Food Act 1981

Amendment No. 5 to the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999

Section 11G of the Food Act 1981

Amendment No. 5 to the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 was issued by the Minister of Health on 15 May 2001.

Amendment No. 5 will come into force on the 28th day after the date of this notification.

Amendment No. 5 establishes new, and amends existing, maximum residue limits for specified agricultural compounds and exempts one agricultural compound from having an MRL being set.

Compliance with the provisions of the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 is mandatory.

The New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Mandatory Food Standard 1999 and its amendments can be inspected at the Ministry of Health, 133 Molesworth Street, Wellington, or may be viewed on the Ministry of Health web site www.moh.govt.nz.
