Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On 9 May 2001 at the District Court at Tauranga, Simon Phillip Mason was convicted of the following offence – driving with excess breath alcohol – and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a Ford Laser motor vehicle, registration No. NR 2882 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
