Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen
Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in
the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of
publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in
the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired
in connection with a road and shall vest in the Rodney
District Council on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portion of
road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be
stopped.
