Road Realignment—Gibbons Road, Kaipara District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Kaipara District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and:
(i) The land firstly, fourthly and sixthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 88C/988, subject to mortgage No. D. 023151.4;
(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121D/64, subject to mortgage No. D. 582333.3;
(iii) The land thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 121C/523, subject to mortgage No. C157182.5;
(iv) The land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 90D/699, subject to mortgage No. D. 023151.4;
(v) The land seventhly and ninthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 79A/153, subject to mortgage No. D. 522327.3;
(vi) The land eighthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 768/289, subject to mortgage No. B. 102227.10;
(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 79A/153, subject to mortgage No. D. 522327.3;
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette
