Amending a Gazette Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 31 October 1986 Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block IV Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton County, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 1986, No. 176, page 4680 as amended by Gazette notice 1988 page 581 and Gazette notice 1997 page 718 by:

(a) Deleting the words “The Masterton County Council” in paragraph (a) of the head recital and substituting them with “The Masterton District Council”.

(b) Deleting all the words in paragraph (c) in the head recital from “19B/1137” to “Wellington Land Registry” inclusive and substituting them with “49C/3, subject to Mortgage No. 345602.3 and Mortgage No. B102422.3”.
