Revocation of a Notice Establishing a Walkway

Pursuant to section 29 (1) of the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, I, Sandra Lee, Minister of Conservation, revoke the declaration of establishment of the Aramoana Walkway over the land described in the Schedule below:

All those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Waipakura Survey District, described as follows:

(a) Parts Upokongaro 9N, being part C.T. 46A/384; marked “A” and “C” on D.P. 67592.

(b) Part Section 10, Block XI, Waipakura Survey District, being part C.T. 38C/24; marked “B” on D.P. 67592.

(c) Part Lot 5, D.P. 88981, being part C.T. 54B/973 (formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 79600, being part C.T. 46A/383); marked “E” on D.P. 67592.

(d) Part Lot 1, D.P. 57021, being part C.T. 30C/606; marked “U” on D.P. 67592 and “S” on D.P. 69648.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in the District of Central Otago

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in Central Otago District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/1200.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 15B/1168.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 18D/465.
