Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992

Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Notice 2001—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Karen Olive Poutasi, Director-General of Health, give the following notice:

This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Notice 2000—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“the principal notice”)*.
The Schedule to the principal notice is amended in respect of Area 4 – Gisborne by omitting the name and title “Prakash Shantilal Gangdev, medical practitioner of Gisborne” and substituting the name and title “Dinesh Kumar Arya, medical practitioner of Palmerston North”.
The Schedule to the principal notice is amended in respect of Area 6 – Taranaki by omitting the name and title “Ian Michael James Hosford, medical practitioner of New Plymouth” and substituting the name and title “David John Bruce, registered nurse of New Plymouth”.
