Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 September 1999, which was granted under those regulations to Mary Anne Hemohaere Bishop in respect of Te Kohanga Reo o Whatawhata (35038), situated at Maori Point Road, Whatawhata.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Baradene College, Remuera.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 2 April 2001.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 39-45 College Hill, Ponsonby, Auckland.

Electricity Act 1992

Notice of Disciplinary Action Taken by the Electrical Workers Registration Board

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board (“the board”), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board, under part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:

Terry Manyoung Boubee, of Morrinsville, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. He is to be censured, pursuant to section 127 (2) (h) of the Electricity Act 1992. Terry Manyoung Boubee was ordered to pay costs of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00). The costs to be paid by 6 April 2001.
