Open Season for Game in Fish and Game Regions
The Minister of Conservation declares an open season for game in the Fish and Game Regions, subject to the conditions specified in the First and Second Schedule of this notice, except in the closed game areas published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette of 28 March 1985 and later.
New Zealand Game Bird Habitat Stamp
A game bird habitat stamp must[^1] be affixed to every licence to hunt or kill game. The following form of the 2001 New Zealand Game Bird Habitat Stamp is approved[^2].
Brown-tealed Pintail
The 2001 New Zealand Game Bird Habitat Stamp has a face value of ten dollars ($10.00). A fee of two dollars ($2.00) only shall be payable[^3] in respect of every game bird habitat stamp supplied in respect of a licence to hunt or kill game.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Except where all game is labelled with the following details:
(a) The name and address of the person by whom the game was taken;
(b) The number of the licence to hunt or kill game held by the person by whom the game was taken;
(c) The name of the Fish and Game Region by which that licence was issued;
(d) The name of the Fish and Game Regions in which the game was taken; and
(e) The date on which the game was taken;
