Notice That Other Land be Included in a Māori Reservation and Redefining the Purposes for Which it is Set Apart

Pursuant to sections 338 (2) and 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Otamatea E Māori Reservation as set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 August 1946, No. 58, page 1163, is hereby extended by including the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further that such reservation is hereby redefined as follows:

For the common use and benefit of the owners, thereof for the purpose of a meeting place, marae, church and a burial ground.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block V, Otamatea Survey District, and described as follows:

Area Being

4604 Oneroa, being all the land contained in certificate (1a00r22p) of title, Volume 2D, folio 985, North Auckland Registry.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of urupa, marae, kaumatua housing and cultural and recreational uses, to be known as Mangahuka for the common use and benefit of the owners of Ahipara B2 and their descendants.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Blocks V, VII and VIII, Ahipara Survey District and described as follows:

4.0468 Ahipara B2, being part of the land contained in Partition Order of the Māori Land Court dated 19 June 1973.

Area Being

2580 Section 2, Block LXXI, Town of Rotorua, and being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 9C, folio 738.
