Change of Purpose of a Reserve by a Territorial Authority
Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, and a resolution of the Taranaki Regional Council dated 28 February 2001, the Principal Administrative Officer of the Taranaki Regional Council hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the schedule hereto, from a local purpose (soil conservation and river control purposes) reserve to a local purpose (soil conservation, river control and recreation purposes) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, and subject to the preparation of a management plan in accordance with section 41 of the said Act and as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1995, page 2125.

Land Declared a Reserve—Riverside Park, Napier City
Pursuant to sections 14 (1) and 52 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Neil Barry Taylor, Chief Executive Officer, Napier City Council, declares the land in the Schedule to this notice to be recreation reserve vested in the Napier City Council and further declares that the reserves in the Schedule to this notice shall be united to form one reserve to be known as Riverside Park on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Marlborough District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Marlborough District Council on the 6th day of March 2001:
“That in exercising the powers conferred on it by section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.”
Schedule
2428 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 4561, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 6A/207 (Marlborough Registry).
