Road Realignment—Crawford Road, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 5 July 2000, Stopping Road and Declaring it to be Crown Land, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 July 2000, No. 78, page 1901, by deleting the Schedule and replacing it with the following Schedule.

Road Realignment—Maungakaramea Road, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Whangarei District Council;

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 550/155, subject to mortgage No. D. 389492.3;

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 551/205;

(d) Declares the land in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119 (1), and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 550/155, subject to mortgage No. D. 389492.3;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
