Land Taken for Severance—Nayland Road, Stoke, Nelson

Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that:

(a) The land firstly described shall remain vested in the Crown.

(b) The secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title NL13A/1023, subject to bond 390264.5 and mortgage 401377.2 (Nelson Registry).

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Drainage Reserve in the Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Tauranga District Council gives notice of its intention to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule to this notice.

The land is required for drainage reserve and it is intended to use the land for such purpose.

The reason why the Tauranga District Council considers it reasonably necessary to take the land is because the land is required for drainage for the Royal Palm Beach Estate subdivision and other residential land in the vicinity.

Any objections to the taking of this land must be sent by written notice to the Environment Court, Tribunals Division, Department for Courts, P.O. Box 2750, Wellington, within 20 working days after the date of this notice.
