Classification of Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule, as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act.

First Schedule

Nelson Land District—Nelson City

8770 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15428. Part New Zealand Gazette 1999, page 3600. Part certificate of title 6C/790 (scenic 19 (1) (a)).

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1.5476 hectares, more or less, being parts of Section 3 and part Section 25, Block IX, Tutaki Survey District. All certificate of title 49/297 (historic).

2540 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15625. Part New Zealand Gazette 2000, page 877 (scenic 19 (1) (a)).

Marlborough Land District—Kaikoura District

338.4000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 11763. All certificate of title 6B/1032 (scenic 19 (1) (a)).

996.2100 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 11762. All certificate of title 6B/1029 (scenic 19 (1) (a)).
